The general meaning of training is developing the adjusting capability and coördination of the body. Coördination means attuning the muscles and the nervous system, while performing complex movements. Examples of these are: strength, suppleness, speed and power of endurance. Working purposefully on your qualities, limitations and possibilities: That's what it's all about! Our multidisciplinary team of specialists are ready to help you formulate and realise your goals.

To be succesful, it is necessary to work hard and purposefully, on your short and long term personal goals. We offer 4 specific themes in which you can and must improve on as a tennis player. We train specifically on improving your technical, tactical, conditional and mental skills on a daily basis.
