Full-time for ATP-, WTA- and ITF-players

Full-time programme

The aim of this annual programme is training and playing tournaments. During the summer, it's possible to train for 18 weeks, and during the winter players can train 22 weeks. Besides that, you also play at least 15 weeks of tournaments a year in the Netherlands and / or abroad.

Here is a selection of the various periods:

1) ATP-WTA-ITF annual programme
2) ATP-WTA-ITF summer programme 6 months
3) ATP-WTA-ITF winter programme 6 months
4) ATP-WTA-ITF week programme

07.00 - 08.00 hour Wake up and breakfast
08.00 - 09.00 hour Arrival at the tennis-centre
09.00 - 10.00 hour Gym training
10.00 - 11.00 hour Rest / eat / prepare for training
11.00 - 13.00 hour Tennis training
13.00 - 15.00 hour Rest / lunch / prepare for training
15.00 - 16.00 hour Tennis  
16.00 - 17.00 hour Fitness
18.00 - 19.00 hour Dinner

Saturday

06.00 - 07.00 hour Wake up and breakfast
07.00 - 08.00 hour Arrival at the tennis-centre
08.00 - 10.00 hour Tennis training
10.00 - 11.00 hour Fitness training
